Alright me and my brother built a computer yesterday, the fan is Zalman model CNPS9500A LED and whenever we load windows in regular mode it shuts off. If we boot to safe mode it works fine... Any ideas?![]()

Bios settings
I always had fans run full speed in safe mode. Try stressing out the pc and see if that turns the fan on. Watch your temps though.Q: What do you think about most during the day?

did you use the cpu fan header? if so it might lower the voltage to lower the fan speed, to low to spin the fan. With it stopping at windows but not safe mode it sounds like motherboard software. what is you setup?

Well its fixed, apparently the CPU header is faulty, so we put a case fan in CPU header and the CPU Fan into a SYS fan header. Its all working good now.
