Well i got a new cpu a little while a go and i needed a bios update before and i didnt know how to do that so i called Best Buy, I asked them if they install cpu's, the lady said "WHATS A CPU?" that shoulda been my first clue

Then the bastards call me back and said it didnt work when they installed it, and i asked them if they did a bios update like i told them to, they said no and said the chip was broken. I called the manager and tech manager a douchbag TO HIS FACE and let everyone hear me. Why the fuck would you put in a cpu in a old mobo without bios update, i mean i told them to do it and they expecte it to work, they gave me a refund.

And to top it, they left so many power cables left unhooked, and one of the fan wires ran under the cpu fan, making me unscrew it and move the wire.

Some small business eventually did it for me.

I called CORPORATE and they got suspended hahahahaha those bastards

Anyway, it's rare to have someone who really knows what they're doing there. I mean, if they did, they'd be wasting their time working for BB in the first place. My local store is lucky enough to have a friend of mine working there doing the geek squad thing, and he knows quite a bit... Stories like yours are common for that company.

I was thinking the same thing, it's a very very easy process. Hell you can do it even in Nvidia's control panel .
