Wow... Is all I can think of. I cant wait till EA unlocks it so I can start multiplayer. Anyone else play it yet? It actually increased in difficulty a little bit too... I think.![]()

Re: Crysis: Retail
From InCrysis, interesting tidbit about performance
!!
http://www.incrysis.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=12865NVIDIA has been releasing "game drivers" for a while now. Crysis, as anticipated as it is, will almost definitely get a new batch of NVIDIA beta drivers this week. Most likely before Wednesday. There will be a patch on launch day fixing a few things that they missed after it went gold, that ahs already been confirmed. As for a new driver, they had four for the demo alone, do you really think there won't be one for the release?

Re: Crysis: Retail
The game was working just okay, but then i upgraded to 3 gb of ddr2 pc 6400 and BOOM MEGA PERFORMANCE!!!!, i got everything on high, and physics and shaders set to very high.
I want the gun in my hand and the blood on the walls, kick some ass and grab life by the balls.

Re: Crysis: Retail
hmm, have you tried very high? According to your specs, you should be able to run most of it on very high.

Re: Crysis: Retail
i did but it got laggy when there was too many things on the screen at once, very playable but i dont want any interuptions (even though there is that 10 second delay when activating new objectives)

Re: Crysis: Retail
Damn not finished it yet but quite far into it, some parts of this game are jaw dropping. Man i can't wait to get hardware that will run this at 1920x1080 @ all very high (and beyond) 8xAA/16xAF @ 60fps minimum.
Sure we are a year or two away before that happens, but i will be drooling when that day comes, this game is by far the most amazing visual masterpiece ever made.

Re: Crysis: Retail
I beat it awhile ago, really great like you said. By far the best level is the tank level. <3 open fields. Pretty fun to use explosive charges on tanks

Re: Crysis: Retail
Will not toss computer out the window, will not toss computer out the window....GRRR!

Ok, so I'm in that stupid ship level and am at the part with the barriers that you have to slip through. Why the hell can't I get past this part? I'll make it past the first, but then before the 2nd one goes down I'll mysteriously die. So smurfing annoying!
