There are a lot of child boards in the Computer section. My advice, remove the General Question, merge General software and Operating systems, merge all of Hardware, one NV video card section, one Other video card section. My recommendations would appear as follows, with NO child boards:
Computers:
Nvidia video cards
Other video cards
Software & Operating systems
Hardware stuff

I agree with most of that, except I think they should have reviews and driver reviews as child boards.
