My preview should give you a clearer picture of the game (hopefully) as i'm about to go to work and have no time for a longer post.

edit: seems it's not open to access yet, they said they was going to let more people into the beta with Beta 4, so it must be coming very soon.

Good preview. Sounds interesting, although I'm not sure if it'll be my kind of game. Not sure If I'd want to buy it, but I'll definitely check out the public demo if they ever release one and decide whether or not it's my kind of game from that.

The game looks spectacular. I really want to get into a space game after reading the halo series. I'm dying for some space battles with a huge amount of ships. :adds to list of games:. How noob friendly is it SirB? havent played a RTS in ages.

It's not 100% noob friendly, however it's not that complicated either. I imagine you will be able to pick it up pretty fast as it's self explanatory and it tells you what does what when you hover over it with the mouse.

So after 1-2 games you should be pretty good at it.
