Well.. the demo has some nice looks to it. i did like the first race where you go ass crazy fast down the Arizona track and the damage modeling is nice for a change.... but the other race mode in the demo was crappy.. it felt like the game was driving itself and i was just watching a video. I don't know.. maybe it would have seemed intense if i was high or something.. but other than that i will leave judgment for the final game.

Re: EA pro street
Not had a chance to try this yet, too much to play
.
Last NFS i liked was Most Wanted, carbon i hated, and underground before most wanted i hated too.
I'll eventually download the demo, though i don't like the idea of it being a like watching a video game.
I got films for that kind of feeling :p.

I agree.. i mean the first mode was intense.. i really felt like i was going really fast ad the handling is not as arcade as the other EA NFS games.... but the second mode for real felt way off to me. And yes carbon was a pile of dung... most wanted was one of EA's best in a long time.

Re: EA pro street
I had fun with it, and the smoke effects
I liked it more than Most Wanted.

Re: EA pro street
My thing about Most Wanted was the very floaty controls, at least on PC, which was a huge turn off.
