I have task manager > processes running. When my computer completely
stops working, system idle and all other process stop incrementing CPU
time.
Any suggestions as to most likely problem? CPU? MB? PS?

Re: all stop
So the computer is freezing up I take it?
It's really hard to troubleshoot this being that it could be a number of things and what you named off are them. Most common issue is mem.
Some more info would be helpful.
Like:
How many processes do you have running in the back round when the computer starts up?
How much ram do you have and what OS is it on?
What kind of processor do you have?
Mobo?
