Call of Juarez | GEFORCE3D REVIEW

Finally finished my 3rd review for Geforce3D, and as the title say's it's Call of Juarez. This one took more work than the last due to the comparison images etc. Hope you like it, and feel free to discuss it in this thread .

I liked that review!!! I heard somewhere else that on Billy's missions, there were some issues with jumping and using the whip to try and latch on to branches, is this true? Nice site btw!

Depends on how good you are, it can be a pain in the ass if you miss and just fall to your death. But i personally had little issues with it. Though i also heard some people did.

    Thanks btw!

Thanks. Looks like a fun game, I think the last western I played was the top down game on SNES.

The 3 best (and to be honest there isn't exactly many more) westerns made in my opinion are... in order of greatness.

    1. Outlaw
    2. GUN
    3. Call of Juarez

Outlaw is OLD but damn what a game, GUN is a few years old, but another awesome game.

    Sadly Western's are ignored. :(

Yeah I wasn't gaming for a few years and I missed GUN. Just watched a video review and it looked like a fun game. I'm not sure why they don't make more westerns. It seems like the genre would translate into a game very easily. You could incorporate poker into the story and all kinds of fun stuff like that.

Still worth getting in my opinion, as i my self only played it 6months ago maybe a little more.

    It also has poker .

GUN is like a GTA Western only not quite as big or advanced. The game does have a kickass storyline though.

I may have to try this also once I get my rig running DX10. Who knows when that might be though. :(
