Revamped the forums sections and rules of some sections. Also removed a couple sections and combined a couple sections. Most sub forums are now front faced as it made more since to have them up front. This was done to help with the ease of access to the forums.

News submit forums now has the ability for non member access to post updated news. This section is post moderated and will not show until approved.

I also noticed that some forums were not showing the correct show thread format, that issue has been resolved and all forum sections should be showing as last post date descending.

Also, if you have not already noticed, the forums and the front page width has been changed to fit your screen. We have also placed a "best Viewed at XXX resolution" in the header next to the RSS feed button.
