SANTA CLARA, CA—OCTOBER 13, 2008—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that the San Francisco Office of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has formally notified NVIDIA that the DOJ investigation into potential antitrust violations related to graphics processing units and cards has been closed.
