Due to bandwidth usage being a little higher than thought and trying to help out the over all performance of the site. I have limited the avatar settings to be a bit smaller.

Regular members will be able to link to avatars that are no more than 80x80. Moderators, Admins, and global moderators will have 96x96 and can upload their avatar. I am working on making a post count based system so that once you hit a certain number of posts you can upload your avatar and it can be 96x96.

There will no longer be any attachments allowed. Current ones are still there. But no more new ones. Your gonna have to use places like Imageshack or putfile.
