My personal opinion would be eVGA and XFX.

My eVGA one is good. Came with Dark Messiah, a good warranty and the step program (you can upgrade by paying the difference for a newer card within like 90 days). I think the warranty might even cover overclocking.
System Specifications:
Seasonic S12 430W PSU
AMD X2 4200+ w/2GB PC4200 Dual Channel
eVGA Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB w/Gateway FPD2185W
SB Audigy 2 w/1000W Logitech Z-5500
3DMarks: 10845 @ '05, 7299 @ '06

bfg, evga, & xfx also comes with a lifetime warranty. the xfx warranty will carry over to a 2nd owner (bfg, evga does not).
evga might be the way to go right now because nvidia will likely release their refresh in the next 90 days, and you can upgrade via evga's "step up" program (they credit you the difference between what you paid and their msrp).
