As I pick up some more knowledge, I'll share with you here.

Another great tip. While inside the Titan and you are defending. Try to get in the upper tunnels to lock them down. It helps to have a good crew running with a couple of Recon with C4, and AP mines and a couple of support with you as well. Now Either recon or support can be in the upper tunnels. Support needs to put out the scanner so you can tell where they are and make it easy for you to be ready for them. Lock down the 4 entrances and they won't be able to do anything in your titan! One 6 man squad should be able to do this!
