Yes as you can see GeForce3D allows pic sigs. Abuse it and you will lose it.

Also, you can use the smiley's we have available in your sigs. If you can't figure out how...your a noob!

I do ask that you limit the amount of smiley's to 3. If I see more I will edit it myself.
