Goto Add & Remove programes, Check Show Updates and unistall KB920872
your TS2 will return to normal.

You should be able to just remove your drivers for your audio device restart and reinstall the latest driver for that device instead of removing the update. If this does not work you will need to turn off allow updates and remove the latest update using the instructions above.
