So ever since I moved to Vista Ultimate I have been having this most annoying issue with video play back. Basically, videos I have saved play back all choppy. Even internet videos are choppy in the same way. This only happens if I am viewing the video in full screen though.

I have tried adjusting every setting that I could to see if anything at all would change this issue. I have done this in both Windows Media player (yes I prefer it over others) and also in the NVIDIA CP.

Currently running the NVIDIA 7950 GX2. Any one have feedback as to what may be causing this issue?
